About the Job
- Identifies gaps in data management standards adherence and works with appropriate partners to develop plans to close gaps.
- Monitors key performance indicators and internal controls.
- Works with other groups as needed, including Compliance, Audit, Operational Risk, and Technology to ensure effective controls over data for respective Domain. May indirectly manage others.
- Responsible for data monitoring and controls across Global Technology (GT) FLU/Domains.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree required 5+ years financial industry experience required preferably with Finance, Tech or Data role Detail oriented with the ability to handle a variety of tasks
- works in a self-directed manner and takes a proactive approach to job responsibilities Highly organized with the ability to prioritize work, manage complexity and deliver solutions on deadlines Excellent verbal and written skills Experience in performing data analysis tasks Demonstrated passion for intellectual curiosity and accuracy as well as the ability to research issues and identify root cause and patterns.
- Collaboration and teamwork skills required Spreadsheet skills, MS Access, MS Excel, Visual Basic for MS PowerPoint, SharePoint

Experience with EDM and/or GRM Policy and Standards

- Responsible for data monitoring and controls across Global Technology (GT) FLU/Domains.
