Core Responsibilities:
- Develop meaningful reports using data visualizations and dashboards.
- Utilize expertise in data technologies, with a focus on data integration and analytics.
- Demonstrate agility in learning new skills and technologies as required for the role.
- Write reports derived from a large volume of data, ensuring accuracy and precision.
- Work with Enterprise Reporting and Analysis tools, SQL, Power BI, and visual analytic applications.
- Optimize and troubleshoot reports and dashboards for performance, quality, and data integrity.
- Maintain a strong attention to detail, reconciling data to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external collaboration.
- Manage competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) on report writing and visualization, owning complex data projects.
- Drive process efficiency by streamlining and simplifying complex tasks.
- Provide support to ensure availability and performance of developed reports and dashboards.
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Create training materials and assist users in generating ADHOC reports.
- Perform duties with low supervision, taking initiative to accomplish team objectives/goals.
- Undertake other tasks as needed to support the team's mission.
Required Education/Experience:
- Associate Degree and 3 years of database, analytical tools, and report writing experience.
Preferred Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, with proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and the ability to write status reports and technical documentation.
Relevant Work Experience:
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and flexible to handle multiple assignments.
- Demonstrated time management and priority-setting skills.
- Proficient in Excel's advanced functions.
- Development and delivery of effective presentations.
- Proficiency in SharePoint, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Experience with SQL or other similar programming languages.
- Analytical ability for data gathering, transformation, and complex analysis.
- Proficiency in business intelligence techniques & tools for data acquisition and transformation.
- Strong expertise in creating meaningful data visualizations.
