Salary Range: $60000.00 - $90000.00 per year

Responsibilities
The person relishes the opportunity to build, implement, and manage multiple systems, and is seen throughout the organization as the expert on efficiency and systems
As the success of the business grows, this individual will be responsible for hiring, training, and leading additional team members to ensure all administrative tasks are completed to high standards with maximum efficiency
The Director of Operations builds, implements, and manages all systems for transaction coordination, internal communication, client communication, financial management, information management, central database management, and marketing
Engage fully in the systems, tools, and conversations of the Companies Financials, the Growth Initiative and the Career Growth Initiative to drive the company and associates to profitability through consistent growth in market share
Is responsible for all financial systems, including maintaining the books, paying the bills, handling payroll, assuring the collection of commissions, maintaining the budget, and generating financial reports
Systematically quantify and communicate value to support associate validity so that we net at least five associates per month
Lead the Maria Quattrone Team in implementing powerful growth systems and tools that associates can leverage to grow their market share
Develop and lead the Maria Quattrone Team in retaining agents with the company goal of less than a 30% attrition rate yearly in agent count and less than a 12% Co$ loss rate through the Lost Agent Productivity
Creates and maintains an operations manual that documents all systems and standards
Coordinates the purchase, installation, and maintenance of all office equipment
Is responsible for hiring, training, consulting, and holding accountable all additional administrative department members
Oversee and lead strategic, financial decision-making, ensure appropriate bookkeeping and accounting systems are accurately maintained, monitor break-even day, complete weekly soft closes, and close the books monthly
Lead associates to implement the same systems in their businesses
Requirements
Experienced with the following systems outlook, Follow up Boss, Brokermint, Slack
13 years industry, administrative, and management experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
People-oriented and a positive, proactive problem-solver; solution-oriented
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Proven experience in business development, including identifying new opportunities and driving growth
Exceptional negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Strategic planning abilities to develop long-term goals and objectives for the organization
Proficient in operations management, including overseeing day-to-day activities and ensuring operational excellence
Ability to drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Technologically savvy
Strong analytical skills to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
