Job Summary



Are you ready to coordinate a world-class dining program with a dedicated and dynamic team? We are seeking an exceptionally hard-working Director, Dining Services to lead all aspects of our $4M budget operation in Anderson, IN. Responsibilities:


As the Director, Dining Services, you will:


Successfully implement and manage dining services operations.


Ensure the highest standards of food quality, safety, and patient and client satisfaction.


Lead and develop a team of dedicated dining services professionals.


Collaborate with healthcare and support services to provide seamless and world-class service.


Monitor and evaluate service delivery to ensure flawless execution and continuous improvement.


Requirements:


To be considered for this role, you must have:


Proven experience in managing large-scale dining services operations in a healthcare setting.


Strong financial competence, including budgeting and cost control.


Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.


Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


3-5 years of prior food and nutrition services experience at the Director level. J
