Dolce & Gabbana Beauty is seeking a Supply Planner to join us. This is a unique opportunity for a detail-oriented, proactive individual with a passion for beauty products and supply chain processes to grow their career in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
The Supply Planner will be responsible for contributing to the strategic and tactical business planning of DG Beauty. The Supply Planner ensures that goods are available to meet the customer demand, at the right stock. In addition, the position will work with Operations partners to ensure meeting service level goals for the Commercial Organization.
The position will report to the US Planning Director in the Miami office.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Oversee the flow of inventory replenishment to ensure optimal stock levels that meet demand, while minimizing stock outs and overstock situations.
- Material Flow Coordination: Manage and implement inbound and outbound material flow activities, ensuring seamless supply operations.
- Stock Analysis & Alerts: Conduct ABC cost analysis to maintain appropriate stock levels and provide weekly stock alerts to the management team regarding low stock or stock-out risks.
- Supply Planning: Generate and maintain short- and long-term rolling supply plans, working closely with the Global Supply Team to address any capacity constraints or risks.
- Systems Management: Utilize and manage tools such as Anaplan, Power BI, Excel, and SAP to support inventory and material planning processes.
- Inventory Analysis: Identify trends and anomalies in inventory data to ensure supply risks are mitigated early.
- New Product Launches & Events: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of limited editions, new product launches, and special events by aligning supply plans with promotional activities.
- Collaboration with Merchandise Planner: Partner with the Merchandise Planner to develop and execute marketing materials and ensure alignment between supply and commercial strategies.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to improve the end-to-end supply chain, ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy.
- KPI Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational processes to ensure alignment with business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a supply chain or planning role (experience in the beauty or luxury industry is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Anaplan, and experience in SAP is a plus.

- Ability to manage high volumes of data, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment while adhering to strict deadlines.
- Proactively identify risks and process inefficiencies, proposing solutions to improve inventory management and supply chain operations.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Global Operations, Marketing, and Commercial departments.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with a professional attitude and maintain a high level of trustworthiness.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing business needs.
- Fluency in English is required; Spanish and/or Italian is a plus.
