About your role: This is a hands-on, full-time position with day-to-day duties that include disassemble of vehicles before repair and reassemble of vehicles after repair. They are responsible for providing fast, accurate, high-quality, efficient assemble. This position is responsible for nurturing and cultivating a positive culture and work environment that aligns with the mission and values of the organization.
What will you be responsible for?
- Disassemble assigned vehicles for discovery by blueprinters.
- Assists blueprinters in review of disassembled vehicles during discovery.
- Reassemble assigned vehicles after repair/paint has been completed.
- Assists technicians and parts team in running parts to & from parts area/stalls.
- Assists in making minor repairs to vehicles as needed.
- Follows all company safety policies and procedures and immediately report all accidents to a manager.
- Assist in vehicle prep for bodywork and/or prepped for the customer once the job is completed as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
Do you have the necessary education and experience?
- High School Degree or Equivalent
- Auto Body Vo-Tech certified preferred
- ASE certification desirable
- 1-3 years automotive body technician experience required.
- Must have have tools, some equipment provided by the facility
What are the work hours?
- Regular work hours are 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Employee hours vary and are dependent on business needs.
- The position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with evening and weekends as needed to satisfy the requirements of the position.
