About the Job
Position: Cycling Group Fitness Instructor – Substitute (Potential for Permanent Role)
- Lead high-energy indoor cycling classes that motivate participants with exciting playlists and creative routines.
- Deliver safe and effective workouts for participants of all fitness levels, offering modifications as needed.
- Create a fun, engaging, and encouraging atmosphere that keeps participants motivated and coming back.
- Build connections with class members by being approachable, supportive, and inspiring.
- Represent the Alper JCC fitness team with professionalism and enthusiasm.
What We’re Looking For:
- Certification: A nationally recognized indoor cycling certification or equivalent group fitness credentials.
- Experience: Proven experience leading cycling or indoor cycling classes.
- Energy: A high-energy personality with a talent for inspiring and engaging participants.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of indoor cycling techniques, bike setup, and safety protocols.
- Flexibility: Availability to step in as a substitute instructor, with potential to grow into a permanent position.
