About the Job
Position Summary
The Customer Experience Specialist (CXS) is crucial in executing and delivering an excellent customer experience for all existing portfolio accounts, product development requests, and internal stakeholders. The CXS is expected to complete daily customer and sales requests while meeting the customer experience model in a timely manner

Customer Experience
- Consistently deliver an excellent customer experience to internal and external customers.

- Meet customer and Sales SLA commitments.
- Participate in departmental and company-wide Continuous Process Improvement initiatives.
- Actively participate in establishing a departmental culture that is service-oriented, quality-driven, and deploys a nimble “speed to market” philosophy.
Project Maintenance
- 360 ownership of all tasks within the established timeline.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in accordance with defined SLA’s
- Place and follow-up on all orders for designated accounts; Sales Orders, First Purchase Orders (POs), Spec Changes, Phantoms, Freight, etc.
- Generate on-time vendor and customer quotations for new / spec change items and programs.
- Draft & maintain documents & forms for Project requests; New Item Form (NIF), Price Analysis (P/A), Macros, Price Lists, CRM, Quality & Service Concern, Credit / Debit, Pick-up Authorization, etc.
- Assign, execute, and routinely update incoming tasks within CRM.
- Coordinate sample requests with vendors and customers.
- Collaborate with Senior Specialists and Managers to identify opportunities for cost- downs.
- First signature on jackets.
- Review post-production samples with Senior Specialists and Managers.
- Work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure specification accuracy and on-time service delivery.
Vendor & Freight Maintenance
- Collaborate with all CX Team Members to adhere to vendor SLAs.
- Research and evaluate vendor requirements, capabilities, and locations.
- Advise vendors on material, production, freight, and warehousing requirements.
- Primary contact for vendor Customer Service Representatives.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain to obtain freight quotes and process freight POs.
