Job Description: Client Support Service Professionals handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on accounts. Calls will need to respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone.

Provide accurate information regarding accounts and services.

Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.

Document interactions in the system.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Excellent communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities.

Previous customer service experience preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
