GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
The job is primarily performed indoors in a traditional office setting. The individual must constantly talk, hear, stand, or sit for extended periods while using a computer, telephone, or other productivity devices to communicate with different personnel and conduct business. While performing the duties of this job, the individual is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. Individuals frequently use their hands to finger, handle, feel, or operate objects and computer keyboards. The employee is occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch or crawl, squat, turn/twist, and smell. The individual must frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 10 pounds and/or occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Customer visit conditions will dictate the use of proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including eye, hearing, and respiratory protection, a protective smock, steel-toe shoes, gloves, hard hats, or face shields. Contact lenses may not be allowed in some areas.

- PAY TRANSPARENCY: USD Starting Range $40,000 - $60,000/annual, plus bonus-eligible pay! Total compensation is commensurate with experience and goal achievement.
- Residency and Relocation Disclosure: This immediate job opportunity is open to Pennsylvania residents only. This role requires monthly, in-person meetings at our Carlisle, PA office. Remote work is allowed within commuting distance of our office, provided overnight accommodation at company expense is not needed to attend the in-person sessions. The company does not provide relocation assistance for this position. If offered the role, candidates who do not currently reside in Pennsylvania must independently relocate to Pennsylvania at their own expense before starting the position. - Leading Customer Success: Providing outstanding support, onboarding new customers, and ensuring they succeed with our tools.
- Diving into Accounting & Operations: Handling routine accounting and payroll processing duties with limited supervision in a fully compliant manner. At the direction of management, assist with financial audits and financial reporting; propose and participate in ongoing organization-wide process improvement and operational efficiency projects.
- Flexing your creative muscles to provide Marketing Support: Contributing your talent to marketing campaigns, social media, and promotional initiatives.
- Playing Quality Assurance Detective: Testing and providing feedback about our systems, tools, and the end-to-end customer experience to ensure top-notch performance.
- Expertly manage Event Planning: Organizing company and customer events to foster engagement and collaboration and support business outreach and development activities.

- An associate's or a more advanced degree in accounting and one (1) years of general accounting or bookkeeping work experience handling accounts payables, accounts receivables, general ledger, payroll, and processing quarterly and month-end statements is required.
- Some marketing, customer success, and/or sales support work experience is highly desired but not required.
- Must possess “Day 1” proficiency with Quickbooks Online and Microsoft Office, including Excel (e.g., pivot tables, v-lookup, etc.) and working knowledge of general office equipment, coupled with the interest and ability to quickly develop proficiency with other high-tech software and systems.
- Ability to flex work hours as needed to meet time-critical business needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including mastery of correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, syntax, and tone, are required to interact effectively with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
- Working independently while collaborating and building strong working relationships with others is critical, especially using digital, phone, and video technologies like Teams or Zoom.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Background and investigative checks will be performed as part of the hiring process (this may include criminal, motor vehicle, employment/reference, and credit); results must be satisfactory to the company.
- Some local/regional/national travel is an irregular but essential duty. This requires having a valid driver’s license and providing your own transportation to and from industry/business events, as needed. Infrequent overnight travel associated with industry/business events may also be necessary. Expenses will be reimbursed per the company's travel policy.
- If hired, must adhere to all company policies and procedures, GAAP, safety requirements, and other prescribed best practices/industry standards.
