Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Success Manager - OEM to support our Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partners. This role is critical in managing relationships, ensuring seamless communication between our OEM customers and internal teams, and driving the success of projects.
Based near Elkhart, Indiana, or with flexibility to travel, the ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, fluency in Mandarin and English, and a passion for off-grid energy solutions. This position reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing and collaborates closely with the Regional Sales Manager to win and maintain OEM business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for leading a variety of activities including, but not limited to:
- Visit OEM partners on-site to understand their needs, address concerns, and gather actionable feedback.
- Serve as a liaison between OEM customers and headquarters in China, providing detailed reports and updates.
- Lead and manage OEM-related projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.
- Support the Regional Sales Manager in identifying opportunities, addressing customer inquiries, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer requirements are communicated clearly and met effectively.
- Provide expertise in off-grid energy solutions to educate and support OEM customers.
- Monitor project progress, identify roadblocks, and proactively resolve issues.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Mandarin and English to facilitate seamless communication with headquarters and OEM customers.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of handling complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Flexibility to travel frequently and spend extended periods in Elkhart, Indiana, as required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with customers and internal teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Knowledge of off-grid energy solutions or a related technical field is highly preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic business environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience in OEM partnerships, customer success, or account management.
- Familiarity with the RV or off-grid energy market is a plus.
