About the Job
The Customer Support Specialist I provide a vital link between mdxhealth customers, sales team and the commercial operations group. The Customer Support Specialist I is responsible for maintaining a high standard of service with their respective customers group, which is comprised of both assigned accounts and sales personnel. This role works closely with an assigned regional sales team to support customer activities and sales objectives.
- Position is onsite in Irvine, CA or remote in the Southeast Region of the US. The shift is Monday thru Friday from 5:00am to 1:30pm (Pacific Time)
- Minimum of two years' previous customer service experience.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing procedures, policies and work environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Starting rate is $20.19 per hour.
