- Address service needs of customers, interacting through a variety of communication tools, including telephone, email, social media and in-person business.
- Must have strong knowledge of measurements and cutting tools.
- Responsible for in-store sales and customer service, business development, as well as aggressively pursuing new customers promoting our products and services.
- Learn the product line and prepare pricing quotes.
- Must have a helpful, can-do personality, excellent phone skills, and the ability to multitask.
- Knowledge in a metal, plumbing, or related type of front desk role is preferred.
- Exceptional communication, listening and strong math skills.
- Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus, but not required.
- Maintain the smooth flow of day to day general office operations .
