You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company goals, managing and mentoring a team of insurance sales representatives, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. A qualified candidate will be able to demonstrate proven success in previous sales roles, with 2+ years of insurance experience. Your base salary will begin at $40,000 with opportunities for additional compensation in the form of commissions and bonuses, with long-term advancement opportunities. Salary based on experience

Responsibilities
Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
Be outstanding at relationship building.
In a timely manner, handle customer issues
Provide customers with additional information about new products and services.
Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
Be accountable for handling of customer renewals.
Be accountable for P&C and Life retention goals
Requirements
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
Prior Customer Service Experience.
Must be highly self-motivated.
Great Customer Service Skills.
Problem-Solving Capabilities.
A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
Display leadership competencies, including ability to delegate, engage, and inspire others.
Minimum 2 year prior insurance experience required.
