Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Engage daily with clients to understand their insurance needs and offer personalized solutions.
Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
Policy Management: Assist clients with policy endorsements, renewals, and any changes they may require.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote client retention and satisfaction.
Education: Help educate clients about their insurance policies and assist them in making informed decisions.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and claims departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Property & Casualty License, or willingness to obtain one within a specified time frame.
Experience: Preferably 2+ years in customer service or insurance sales role.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and engaging interactions with clients.
Customer-Oriented: Strong ability to empathize and provide tailored solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to address issues promptly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction.
