Our client is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join their team. Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Monthly Saturday rotation, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- On-Call Rotation (once a month):
- Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Saturday, 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Sunday, 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM
- On-call coverage includes a $150 stipend plus additional pay for minutes worked. Overtime (over 40 hours) is paid at time-and-a-half.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls promptly and professionally.
