• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• California Property & Casualty insurance license (must obtain within 30 days)
• California Life & Health insurance license (must obtain within 60 days)
• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to anticipate customer needs
• Able to effectively relate to a customer
