Pay Rate: $18.50/hr to $23.50/hr depending on experience
Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in customer service
- Professional phone skills
- Energetic personality
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multi-task
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers over the phone, email, and through online platforms
- Respond to inquiries, provide product information, and offer solutions to meet customer's HVAC needs
- Understand HVAC products and services offered by Vitt Heating & Air, including knowledge of different HVAC systems, components,
- efficiency ratings, and installation requirements
- Maintain customer account information
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls
- Address customer concerns and be an integral part of finding solutions for our valued clients
- Conduct outbound calls to explain warranties on new equipment sales and program benefits
- Answer service phone, take calls to answer customer concerns and questions, evaluate urgency, and schedule accordingly
- Process service work orders
- Process warranty claims
