As a Customer Service Representative at Talk More Motive, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our marketing services. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide prompt and courteous responses to client questions, concerns, and requests.
- Resolve client issues and complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Educate clients on our products, services, and marketing strategies to maximize their success.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to clients.
- Assist in the development of customer service policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Qualifications:
