About the Job
Woods Comfort Systems in San Marcos is now hiring for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have worked in HVAC or similar trade, be proficient in managing multiple phone lines, have solid computer skills, and be comfortable working in a fast paced, demanding work environment.
This is a full-time position consisting of 40 hours a week, Mon - Fri. On-Call Rotation required.
Pay: Starting at $18.00/hr. Depending on Experience

Job Duties:
- Answer phones
- Assist in managing daily technician load
- Assure 100 % customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate customer account information
- Respond to customer emails
- Data entry
- Communicate with management on a regular basis to resolve questions, concerns or issues
- Back up dispatch as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior experience working as a CSR in a fast paced environment - preferably HVAC or similar trade.
- Well organized
- Ability to multi-task
- Computer skills
- Excellent phone presence
- Advanced level skills with Microsoft Office software.
- Geographical knowledge of service area
- Knowledge of HVAC and/or plumbing industry preferred
- Two years related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching or project management
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment
