Must be local to San Antonio, TX
EPI Enclosures & Engineering is hiring for a customer service representative with at least 2 years of prior experience. Previous experience in B2B sales is a plus. Ideal candidate must have experience using Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Enterprise. You will be building rapport with clients, so great communication skills are needed.

EPI Electrical Enclosures & Engineering is celebrating over 55 years in business. We are looking for a qualified candidate to join our team! The right candidate will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with product-related questions
Assist new customers with opening an account to purchase
Maintain customer records and update info as needed
Help resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
Provide customers with production and shipping timelines.
Works with the office and plant teams to provide excellent customer service
*Previous experience in electrical, manufacturing, or distribution industries is a plus
Business attire is required.
