Customer Service Representative - Steadfast Employment

We are looking for a well-versed customer service professional to join our team! You will provide exceptional customer service to our business clients via email/phone. This position is heavily focused on data entry (entering purchase orders, assisting service agencies and customers with parts and inventory questions, assisting dealers and reps with updates on shipment history and tracking and inventory statuses). 

Salary- $14.50/hour, with an increase to $15.00/hour after probationary period. Our client offers an awesome benefit package!

The ideal candidate for the Customer Service position must have the following:

• Graduation from high school or equivalent and 2 years in customer service field
• Strong data entry skills, order entry skills (will require a skill test)
• Microsoft Office
• Switchboard experience a plus

Candidate for the customer service position must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
