Pay: $20.00-24.00/hr Depending on experience
Hours: Monday - Friday; 7:30am - 4:30pm
Position Summary: The Customer Service Representative will answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service. Contact existing customers for the purpose of scheduling service maintenance appointments, commercial service agreement appointments or sales appointments for Sales Consultants. Data entry on incoming work orders and administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Positive attitude
- Strong work ethic
- Professional and energetic communication
- Customer service knowledge with strong follow-up skills
- Conduct self in a professional manner always
- Previous dispatch or schedule coordination experience preferred
