Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction in our New Orleans office. This position involves assisting customers through phone and email communication.
Pay Range:
$18.00- $27.00 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and respond to emails promptly.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution.
- Meet performance targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Minimum requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
