Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction. This position involves assisting customers through phone and email communication.
Pay Range:
$16.50 - $27.00 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and respond to emails promptly.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution.
- Meet performance targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Minimum requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
