Location:Onsite - Natick, MA
Schedule:Monday - Friday, 7:45 AM - 4:15 PM
Compensation:$18/hr
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. Working under the direction of the Call Center Supervisor, the CSR will serve as the primary customer interface, handling all telephone account maintenance and ensuring exceptional service for MA patrons. This role involves managing account information, processing payments, and guiding customers on procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:Handle telephone inquiries, fax information and applications as needed, and assist patrons with program details.
Account Maintenance:Update customer accounts with address, vehicle, transponder changes, process payments, adjustments, and statement or fastener strip requests.
Research & Adjustment:Investigate toll overcharges and v-tolls, submitting them for adjustment where applicable.
Transaction Processing:Assist with expired credit card updates, replenishment changes, balance thresholds, and application processing.
Reporting:Prepare daily Phone Call Logs and other relevant reports.
End of Shift Tasks:Cash out and prepare deposit at the end of each shift.
Rotating Weekend Schedule:Participate in a rotating weekend schedule, as required.
Documentation & Filing:Organize and file applications and other paperwork as necessary.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and handle a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
