Salary: Base + Bonuses
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years experience in customer service.
- 4-year degree with a preferred concentration in psychology, customer service, or business.
- A combination of education, training and experience will be considered.
- Be driven, and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize the daily work flow.
Excellent written/verbal communication skills, especially over the phone.
In addition, you need to be computer and technology savvy with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft products, CRM experience and consultative sales experience is a plus!
Opportunity Overview
As an Executive Matchmaker you will manage all aspects of the clients account from daily communication to selecting and present matches, coordinate dates an balance daily calls and emails.
You must also be able to handle emotionally driven conversations with tact and courtesy.

Executive Matchmakers work Monday thru Friday only. Hours 9am-6pm and/or late shifts of 12pm-9pm.
Schedules are know in advance. No travel or weekends required.
