They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team!
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$25 – $30/hr
Position Overview:
The Customer Service Representative will be assisting clients via phone and email regarding new orders and existing order status. The Customer Service Representative complete daily entry via SAP for all business partner sales orders received via fax or email for orders.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
- Answer client questions regarding product specification and capabilities
- Maintain strong product knowledge in order to assist clients in a timely manner
- Research inventory and billing discrepancies
- Handle orders from inception to billing
Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative:
- 3+ years of experience of customer service
- Strong understanding of order processing
- Resolution driven and willing to go the extra mile to assist clients
- Experience enter orders into a database-comfortable working with multiple systems
- Able to pivot from phone to emails quickly
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required
