As a Customer Service Representative, you will work with existing customers to manage direct mail campaigns, ensuring timely delivery to the target audience. IMMEDIATE OPENING!
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Working knowledge of Printing / Direct Mail industry products and processes
- Current working knowledge of Postal regulations, primarily for marketing / bulk rate mail
- Experience in working with mailing lists for targeted marketing
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects to meet process deadlines
- Proficiency in ProMail/VeraCore project management (or similar) software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day activities related to assigned clients to process mailing jobs
- Using project management software to set up new jobs with appropriate instructions for production staff
- Creating invoices for mailing jobs and sending them to assigned clients
- Communicating with clients for approvals and payments to ensure timely job completion
- Collaborating with team members and other departments
- Working with the Creative department to develop new products or campaigns for existing customers

Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age, with high school diploma, completed GED, or equivalent
- Friendly, reliable, and punctual
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work within PrimeNet operating hours of 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
