Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: St. Augustine, FL
Worksite Arrangement: Hybrid, 3 days a week in-office (Tues-Thurs)
Schedule: 8am-5pm ET, M-F
Salary: $40,000 + quarterly bonus potential (OTE $42,000)
Start date: Mid February 2025
Overview:
Avenica is currently evaluating talent for a Customer Service Representative in the insurance industry. This person will be responsible for providing service to clients through effective communication as well as collaboration with internal teams. Great opportunities for long-term growth!
Responsibilities:
- Maintain timely communication and relationships with insurance agents and carriers on policy inquiries or service requests
- Organize and manage electronic files
- Assist with the preparation and submission of tax filings
- Handle processing of policy updates, including endorsements and cancellations
- Review and verify accuracy of policies to maintain compliance and quality standards
- Support the sales team by logging and organizing new business
Requirements:
- 2+ years of client-facing experience in an office environment
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US, Avenica is not able to provide sponsorship at this time
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Strong technical skills
- Will be required to obtain FL Producer license within 6 months of hire, cost and training supported by the company upon starting the role!
