We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Houston team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide product or service information to current and potential clients.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
