What You’ll Do:
- Answer & Assist: Handle a variety of healthcare and employee benefits inquiries from both members and providers, ensuring top-notch service with every call.
- Resolve with Expertise: Address and resolve claims-related questions while collaborating with internal teams to provide accurate solutions.
- Be a Key Resource: Serve as the primary point of contact for employer groups, members, and healthcare providers, always delivering a professional and timely response.
- Focus on Efficiency: Provide quick resolutions on medical, dental, vision, and other benefits-related concerns.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Customer-Focused: Demonstrated success in telephonic customer service, with a friendly and problem-solving attitude.
- Bonus Points: Knowledge of medical terminology and experience with third-party administration or health insurance is a plus.
- Must be able to pass a background check
Pay: 20-22/hr depending on experience
