About the Job
Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to learn and retain technical product information
Ability to remain calm to excel in fast-paced environments
Highly organized with good follow-through
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 20lbs, sit for extended periods, navigate stairs, and engage in activites that involve reaching, twisting, bending, stretching, climbing, walking and/or running.
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the US
Must be able to read, write, and speak English
Must pass a background check
