Pay: $21.00 - $23.00/hour (based on experience)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:50 AM - 5:00 PM (37.5 hour work week)
Location: Concord, NH (100% on-site)
Our client is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative with solid office experience, including phone-based customer support. Medical or Dental industry preferred but not required
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and empathetic responses to customer questions and concerns over the phone.
- Research claims and coordinate information from other departments to address inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
- Authorize billing adjustments to resolve service-related concerns.
- Work closely with dental office staff to clarify coverage, identify allowable procedures, and resolve billing issues, maintaining a positive relationship.
- Draft and send written correspondence via mail or email to answer customer questions or clarify benefits.
- Serve as backup for the Corporate Receptionist as needed.
- Ensure customer inquiries are addressed within 24 hours.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to meet corporate and departmental goals.
Qualifications:
- Strong office experience, including customer service over the phone.
- A stable employment history is required (no frequent turnover).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
