Responsibilities
Client Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on insurance policies and coverage.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure positive customer interactions.
Policy Management:
- Assist clients with policy changes, updates, and renewals.
- Educate clients on various insurance products and coverage options to meet their individual needs.
Claims Assistance:
- Guide clients through the claims process, providing support and facilitating communication between clients and the claims department.
- Collaborate with claims adjusters to ensure timely and accurate resolution of claims.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and organized client records in the agency's database.
- Process policy documentation, endorsements, and other paperwork efficiently.
Problem Resolution:
- Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate channels for resolution.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with sales and underwriting teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Provide feedback on common customer issues to improve overall service quality.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures is a plus.
