Customer Service Representative - Bilingual required - Independant Agency

We are expanding and have an opening for a Customer Service Representative, who is bilingual, to join our award winning team. With our insurance agencys extensive customer care work, and our amazing products and services, we are excited for the opportunity to maintain our momentum and continue to gain market share.

Responsibilities

• Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, and refer problems.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Provide customers with additional information about new products and services.

• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
• Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing.
