We are seeking a Full Time Customer Support Associate to partner with our customers and ensure their ongoing success. In this Full Time Customer Support Associate role, you will develop relationships within your assigned territory, engage with key decision-makers, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions.
Full Time Customer Support Associate Responsibilities:
- Manage daily sales, marketing, customer support, and charity activities
- Participate in our training program, progressing from entry-level to senior management
- Oversee the implementation and delivery of charity campaigns, ensuring performance, ROI, and growth opportunities
- Handle problem-solving, troubleshooting, client requests, and charity event adjustments
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through service excellence and proactive solutions
- Contribute to team building, growth, and expansion efforts
