ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Customer Service Representative, your day at Cosmic Comfort begins with answering customer calls and emails, guiding them through their HVAC and solar needs. You manage appointment schedules, ensuring our techs are booked and ready for service. If any customer concerns arise, you're on the case-solving problems and ensuring satisfaction. Your responsibilities also include following up with customers to fill the schedule and tracking marketing campaign results to keep us growing. By the end of the day, you've made a difference by providing top-notch service and building positive customer relationships.

Schedule: This full-time position works Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered:

• Experience with over-the-phone customer interaction
• Quick to learn new software and proficient with spreadsheets
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Sales experience
