About the Job
Our client is looking for a REMOTE Customer Service Rep for a temporary (potentially temp to perm) role.
****** While this role is remote, the candidate MUST be located in NJ ********
Looking for candidates who can work 12p - 8:30p, 12:30p - 9p, 1p - 9:30p, 1:30p - 10p EST.
Pay: $ 17.35/hr
Job Responsibilities:
- Resolve customers’ service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.
- Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 0-2 years customer service related experience required.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel (basic knowledge), PowerPoint, SalesForce is preferred.
- Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software.
Schedule:
- Second shift and weekends
- Saturday or Sunday required
- Must be able to work a full shift on the weekend with a day off during the week
