Customer Service Representative - Emerald City Emergency Clinic

OVERNIGHT and DAY SHIFTS AVAILABLE. SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL WILL BE ADDED. MUST HAVE ER VET MEDICINE EXPERIENCE.

Emerald City Emergency Clinic is looking for additional staff to join our team as a Client Care Specialist. Applicants should possess excellent communication and phone skills, the ability to multitask, the ability to learn quickly and retain information, as well as excellent judgement and problem-solving skills. Extensive use of computer software is required for this position, so basic computer literacy is a must. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A CLIENT CARE SPECIALIST IN THE VETERINARY FIELD.

All of our team members play an integral role in providing exceptional care to our patients as well as facilitating accurate and timely communications with our clients. We consider the Client Care Specialist to be a critical member of our team because they are the first and last contact with our clients. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Main lobby operations check-ins, check-outs, answering general questions
• Answering and handling calls in a professional manner
• Maintaining cleanliness
• Triage of emergency's
• File maintenance
• Data entry

REQUIREMENTS:

• Computer skills
• Timekeeping
• Excellent organizational skills
• Able to utilize multi-line phone
• Strong communication skills
• Able to lift 40 lbs.
• Display professional manner at all times
• Previous reception or customer service experience
• Previous experience in a Veterinary setting preferred but not required
• Flexibility in schedule
