CornerStone Staffing has partnered with a company in Keller, Tx to staff for Customer Service Representatives!

Title: Customer Service Representative/Order Puller

Schedule: Start time 8:00am, requires mandatory overtime (typically between 45-60hrs/week)

Location: Keller, Tx 76248

Pay: $15.00/hr

Job Functions:

• Be available to handle member inquiries. Represent the company by answering and documenting all incoming contracts to determine their nature, and respond to complex calls related to specialized products.
• Willing to be in the warehouse for 3-4hrs/day picking/packing orders
• Be comfortable standing for multiple hours a day
• Respond with empathy to complaints and concerns from sponsors.
• Document according to procedure. Assist department in reaching call handling goals, first contact resolution goals, complaint resolution compliance, and member retention.
• Be open and receptive to feedback.

Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ years of Call Center experience
• Great communication skills
• Ability to understand, interpret, act on, and direct own work based on analysis of a variety of statistical measurements
• Professional phone voice
• Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient computer skills
