Customer Service
Pay: 18.00/hr
Hours: 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday
Location: Goshen
This position acts as liaison between us and our customers. As well as, entering customer data and new orders into computer system.
Duties:
- Compute Price and any appropriate quotes based on current rates.
- Handle Customer inquiries in a timely fashion
- Verify customer information at the time of order entry for accuracy. Receive updates from all internal staff regarding changes to both Customers and Dealers to make Tiny Term Changes.
- Process all online order submissions.
- Inform customer of shipping dates as requested, as well as any potential delays.
- Operate as a liaison between not only external customers but all internal staff as well.
- Cross Trained to fill in for any member of customer service as needed.
- Complete reports to Customers daily that require ETA notifications outside of our normal Tiny Term notification process.
- Plans, organizes, prioritizes, schedules, and reviews load boards for completion of customer expectation. Communicate with staff to coordinate loads while in sync with customer expectations.
- Respond courteously with customer inquiries, complaints and general feedback and ensure that they reach the pertinent Staff member for proper action.
- Handle incoming calls or inquiries from prospective/existing customers or clients.
- Provide customer additional information and/or explain services via email, telephone and written correspondence.
- Shuttle Crew notification of what units and in what order to pick up during the day.
- Other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Great Phone skills
MS Office
High School Diploma
Ability to work under stress and handle multiple demands simultaneously.
Ability to effectively communicate on the telephone.
