Your Life as a Customer Service Rep / Dispatcher
As the primary point of contact for our customers, you will handle a variety of responsibilities, including scheduling and dispatching, providing pricing information for services, and maintaining accurate records such as estimates, invoices, and payment logs.
Your role involves maintaining clear communication with both customers and field technicians to ensure jobs are completed efficiently. Qualifications and Requirements
- No experience required, willing to train
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Enthusiastic attitude with a strong drive to learn and contribute as a team player
- Ability to learn and use Smart Service and QuickBooks effectively
- 1-2 years of experience in an office setting or as a dispatcher (preferred)
