Must be 21 years or older

Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university; or High School Diploma or GED plus three (3) or more years related experience in business or related field

Valid driver’s license for applicable state

Able to secure and maintain auto-liability insurance in accordance with state laws

Responsibilities

Develop and implement procedures to serve internal and external customer service needs

Provide feedback to the company regarding service challenges or customer concerns

Provide feedback

Act as escalation point to answer phone calls from customers, sales associates, and delivery associates and provide support

Manage FINTECH and ESCROW payments

Set up new customers and update customer licenses

Apply credits to customer’s accounts

Investigate pricing issues and make corrections

Bill leaker credit tickets

Bill sample requests

Perform data entry

Process customer checks

Handle returned checks

Bill glassware requests

Bill beer cart requests

Order office supplies and maintain spreadsheets of inventory

Fulfill mail room duties if required

Complete occasional billing of sales orders

Perform other duties as assigned
