Vaco is seeking a Customer Service and Account Manager for a direct hire role. Medical equipment experience a major plus. Bachelor's degree required
Responsibilities:
- Oversee order processing, invoicing, and customer communications.
- Act as the main point of contact for new and existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and meeting sales goals.
- Coordinate shipments and collaborate with production and shipping teams.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Supervise and train Customer Service team members, set goals, and conduct performance reviews.
- Track team KPIs related to client satisfaction and performance.
- Improve internal processes to enhance department efficiency.
- Work with Quality, Finance, and Inventory teams to handle customer issues, invoicing, and complaints.
- Maintain accurate customer data and contracts in ERP systems (D365).
- Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with Sales and Purchasing teams on inventory and forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years in customer service or account management, preferably in a high-tech medical or manufacturing environment.
- Strong skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM/ERP systems (D365 preferred).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Occasional travel required for meetings and events.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
