Customer Service/Graphic Design Associate:
We have a unique opportunity for someone who wants to grow their career in Customer Service and Design while working all aspects of Production and Sign installation. This individual will be responsible for providing customer service, graphic design, and production assembly. Responsibilities:
- Provide Customer service, ensuring direct communication on all aspects of Customer’s product cycle.
- Work with Adobe Creative Suite for design work.
- Design all types of signs & graphics for large format applications, for example storefront banners, building signage, car wraps and trade show booths to customer specifications – we will train you in this area.
- Learn all aspects of print jobs utilizing our printers and CnC router as well as all aspects of the physical construction and assembling of signs, and car wraps.
- Assists Production Lead with various duties.
- Assists with installations and other related duties.
- Will also work closely with design and sales for project scope, quotes, and accurate measurements.
- Load media, inks and generate quality prints from digital print equipment.
- Print, mount, trim and finish various digital graphics and signage.
- Maintain an organized, clean and professional store appearance at all times and demonstrate a professional image of the SIGNARAMA brand.
Requirements:
- Ability to run printing equipment and learn relevant printing software.
- Prefer Minimum of 2 years of experience in the sign industry.
- Creative nature in the Arts.
- Knowledgeable with Adobe Creative suite.
- Great communication skills.
- Project Management skills helpful.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.
- Must be able to accurately use measurement tools and calculate measurements.
- Pays very close attention to accuracy and detail.
- Able to work well under pressure to output high-volume, high-quality work.
- Valid California Driver’s license.
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Conflict resolution and diplomacy skills essential for Customer Service.
