Customer Service Coordinator - Nesco Resource, LLC

A global leader in in vitro diagnostics is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Coordinator. This organization develops tests that detect diseases and health conditions, empowering individuals to make informed decisions with clarity and confidence.

Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused professional to support critical projects, deliver analytical reporting, and provide superior customer service. This role involves strategic collaboration with teams to enhance the customer experience while managing high-priority accounts and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product allocation projects and deliver analytical reporting on strategic high-priority accounts.
• Provide enhanced shipment visibility and logistics updates for equipment units in transit.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, with a dedicated focus on high-vulnerability accounts.
• Collaborate with teams to improve the overall customer experience.
• Develop and monitor strategic reporting to support the sales organization.

Schedule

• On-site requirement for the first 6 months (potential hybrid flexibility after).
• Standard work hours:
  • 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (2 positions)
  • 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM (1 position)

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer service or sales.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong multi-tasking and time management abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to remain composed and effective in high-pressure situations.

Pay rate - $21/hr
This is a long-term contract-to-hire position
