Contract to Hire: 12 months
Pay: $38-40/hr on W2
Hybrid: 450 Mamaroneck Ave, Harrison, NY (3 days onsite)
**Job Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate activities of customer service, control, and data entry staff to meet established schedules.
- Provide leadership to Network Specialists for the installation of application software.
- Log all data requests received from user school districts and distribute to unit staff.
- Schedule work and production consistent with department priorities.
- Follow up with systems by reviewing data processing daily turnover reports to determine generated work.
- Review printouts received from data processing and distribute to unit staff.
- Work with unit staff in resolving user problems and questions.
- Interpret manual procedures and report modification requests.
- Provide training for new employees in the student services unit.
- Communicate necessary procedures or information for efficient utilization of the student services unit with user school districts, both verbally and in writing.
- Address user complaints, faulty runs, turnaround problems, and other issues.
**Qualifications:**
- **Minimum Acceptable Training and Experience:** Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma, and six (6) years of work experience where the primary function of the position was computer operations work such as data control, customer relations relating to data processing or computer operations, data processing marketing, or technical support.
- **Substitution:** Satisfactory completion of thirty (30) credits towards an Associate's or Bachelor's degree may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for up to four (4) years of the work experience described above.
- Priority given to candidates who meet the above qualifications.
