Overview of the Customer Service Associate role:

• Handle customer inbound calls with exceptional customer service skills; empathy, active listening, and call de-escalation.
• Logs all inbound calls in AVAYA and Salesforce CRM systems.
• Log, Track, investigate and resolve customer issues with deliveries, curriculum, sales orders, product info and technical support.
• Provide effective and timely resolution for all customer inquiries.
• Participate in product training to build working knowledge of all divisional programs and services.
• Assist supervisor or manager with special projects or customers.

Preferred Qualifications for the Customer Service Associate:

• Steller Attendance and Punctuality
• 3+ years of Customer Service experience
• Solid MS Office experience
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
• Great communication and follow-through
