Here at Holt Dynamics, we offer the unique opportunity to every one of our Customer Service Associates to receive in-house training starting at ground level and extending through leadership and management training.
What does it take to handle customer questions and concerns? Courtesy, professionalism, and product knowledge. The goal? Help customers and provide them with solutions. We’ll get our Customer Service Associates started by providing on-the-job training and resources. On our team, the Customer Service Associate be an important part of shaping our customer experience – from setting up new accounts to answering questions and actively listening for opportunities to expand and deliver great services.
As our Customer Service Associate, you will learn:
- All client product knowledge to know to answer customer questions directly face to face
- The sales cycle and how to complete customer sales
- Personal development habits
- How to take your communication skills to the next level
- How to coach and train others
- Other managerial responsibilities may be assigned
Requirements of the Customer Service Assistant:
- No prior knowledge in this field is required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is a plus
- Experience working in customer service, retail, or hospitality
- A student mentality and willingness to learn
- Passionate about working with others
- Ability to work individually or as part of a team
- A drive for professional growth
